Beautifully decorated common areas enhance your stay.
Our experience was marred by significant issues with the bathroom. The slippery shower floor led to a serious accident, causing a concussion for my wife. Despite using the provided mat, there was no adequate safety warning.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, and had spacious common areas that were easy to navigate. I especially appreciated the convenient ski-in/ski-out access and the lovely outdoor hot tubs with stunning mountain views after a day of skiing.
Improved accessibility options for seniors would be helpful.

missingWrote a review on Apr 20maintenance issues
Issues with maintenance were noticeable throughout the stay. the laundry equipment was out of service and the balcony netting needed repairs. The parking fee of $33 per day felt excessive, and the iron in the room was dirty, raising concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the bed linens seemed outdated, impacting the overall comfort during the night, and a large deposit of around $600 for a two-day stay was surprising and somewhat unsettling.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the kids at the hotel! The outdoor hot tubs were a hit after our skiing adventures, and the ski-in/ski-out access made it easy with little ones. The staff was fantastic, especially Larry, who helped find a swimsuit for my daughter.
My kids wished there were more activities for them in the hotel.
